Town of Princeton, Mass., Selectboard Meeting Minutes
– May 15, 2018 – 6:30 PM– Thomas Prince School
Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Edith Morgan & Karen Cruise w/ TA Nina Nazarian and Town Counsel Thomas Mullen present.
6:33 PM Richy opened the meeting in the Thomas Prince School Gymnasium
Consider and act on Re-organization of the Selectboard:
ACTION: On a motion made by Edie, seconded by Karen, the board voted all in favor to re-appoint Richy as chair.
ACTION: On a motion made by Karen, seconded by Richy, the board voted all in favor to appoint Edie as clerk.
Vote Mechanics Hall as surplus Based on M.G.L. c. 40, §15, the Selectboard should vote Mechanics Hall as surplus.
ACTION: On a motion made by Edie, seconded by Karen, the board voted all in favor to surplus Mechanics Hall, as it is no longer needed for public purposes.
